Influence of Heat Treatment on Microstructures and Properties of nd_8Fe_(78)B_6Co_4 Alloy

Melt-spun nd8Fe78B6Co4 magnetic powders and their bonded magnets were prepared with the optimization of compositions and preparation techniques. The microstructure change of alloy ndFeB and the relation between microstruc-ture and heat-treatment were studied. The heat-treatment temperature is 200 ~ 700℃. The as-cast structure of the alloy is typically amorphous. Different melt-spun speed and different heat treatment could result in different magnetic properties of ndFeB magnets. magnetic properties of ndFeB increase with the addition of element Co. The magnetic properties of magnet alloy get the best when the melt-spun speed reaches 23 ~ 26 m·s-1, heat treatment temperature is 690℃and time is 30 min.

By means of Lorentz TEM observing on a CoCr film with dot domains and perpendicular magnetization are initially dominant in the film,during the temperature T raising process,the feather like in plane magnetization gradually become dominant,but does not reappeared in the temperature T decreasing process,visually confirmed that the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy field(H) is decreased and increased more rapidlly than that of the demagnetization field(H=-NM) during the T increasing and decreasing process,respectively. Thus,confirmed that the magnetic anisotropy of the CoCr perpendicular magnetization film is mainly origin -ates from the crystalline *** Curie temperature T was also *** are consistent with measurement of magnetic balance *** and domain size comparison are also given.

Fabrication and magnetic Properties of Highly Oriented ZnO:Eu Films by Sol-Gel Process

A series of Eu-doped ZnO films were prepared by a sol-gel method. Precursor and films were characterized by thermal analysis (TG-DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), UV-vis spectra, as well as the magnetism measurement. The wurtzite structure of obtained films presents an extreme high c-orientation character. The film susceptibility resembles a Curie-Weiss behavior at high temperature, and presents an obvious enhancement at low temperature, indicating the presence of antiferromagnetic interactions in the Zn0.9Eu0.1O films.

We report studies of precise magnetization measurements on amorphous GdT(T=Co,Ni and Cu) alloys between 4.2 K and 300 K under a magnetic field of 5.0 T.A form for temperature changes in magnetization is proposed from the viewpoint of fluctuations of the local magnetic *** magnetization of the amorphous GdNi and GdCu ferromagnets obeys the simple spin wave T *** the amorphous QdCo alloy,on the other hand,we have found the Stoner-type T contribution to the magnetization as well as the spin wave T term.

FeSi/Cu multilayered films with different modulated wavelengths have been obtained by rf *** specific saturation magnetization M of films decreases with decreasing the thickness of FeSi *** is caused by the dimensional effect and the dead layer *** the Cu layers thinner than 15 A,the exchange coupling between FeSi layers appeared,but it caused the saturation magnetization of multilayered films to decrease.A "mictomagnetic-like" phenomenon is observed at low temperature and low *** is an irreversible effect of the domain wall pinning.
