2011年7月23—25日,吉林大学、国家自然科学基金委员会和中国工业经济杂志社成功举办了"2011创新与创业国际会议"。代表性观点包括:①采用创新的竞争战略有助于企业实现长久的发展,但创新需要适宜的环境和有效的战略。产业集群环境和税收政策对企业的创新活动具有显著影响。企业实施创新战略,必须综合考虑市场环境和企业自身能力。掌握核心技术是中国企业实施自主创新战略的关键。②创业过程是创业主体和客观环境持续互动的过程。创业者应从技术变革中发现新的创业机会和商业模式。创业学习是制定创业战略从而改变创业行为的重要因素。只有专注于主营业务,创业企业才能形成核心竞争力。机会和资源,创业者的特质、使命感和责任心是保证创业企业可持续发展的关键要素。③中国管理研究必须解构中国元素。这些元素主要包括思维的差异、制度元素、特定时期元素及文化元素。国内学者更应关注中国情境下的企业管理特点,要用实证研究、案例研究和比较研究等多种方法深入挖掘相关机理。

The preservation of biodiversity has become a major concern in many countries as human activities threaten to impact biodiversity in a global scale. Land use changes promoted by production of edible oil crops globally have been singled out as one of the biggest contributors to biodiversity loss. In the Americas and Australia, the attention is on the conventional soybean production;whereas Southeast Asia’s palm oil industry is scrutinised. As edible oil production continues to grow towards a future of an increasing world population, the focus is on how developing countries such as Malaysian can continue to ensure the preservation of biodiversity. Developed countries should also take stock on how their edible oil production is affecting biodiversity loss in the present as well as past influences. The traditional perception of biodiversity loss through deforestation is investigated considering today’s dynamic climate change circumstances. This paper examines the issues on biodiversity while painting a rationalistic perspective towards the growth and purpose of edible oil production in various places around the world. This paper also examines the sustainability of Malaysian palm oil industry and explains how palm industries can, in the long term, have the advantage of being more sustainable edible oil source compared with conventional oils such as soy beans and rapeseed.

This research aims to analyze the cross-strait co-opetitive strategy between Taiwan and the mainland wafer-based solar cell industry from the national competitiveness perspective. The Analytical Hierachy Process （AHP） approach and TOPSIS anaylsis will be utilized to collect the industry data from the cross-strait solar cell companies. The constructs of competitiveness will be evaluated in terms of factor of production, demand condition, related and supporting industry, industry competitive structure, government and change of external environment, thereby depicting the development difference of the cross-strait solar cell industry. The results reveals the criteria of international and domestic demand, international and domestic procurement, capital resource, and governmental procurement are both emphasized in the cross-strait solar cell development, and Taiwan and the mainland solar cell middle stream companies will aim to transform toward the downstream users and upstream supplier in the future, respectively. Meanwhile, Taiwan’s companies will utilize the cost leadership strategy in comparison with the focus strategy of China’s companies. A strategic alliance model will be probably created between the cross-strait solar cell companies.

The rapid process of economic globalization,revolutionary technologies innovation,sharp decrease in the product life cycle,uncertain demand and supply,and increasing industry competition lead to an unpredictable and dynamic commerce environment which may bring a lot of uncertainties to *** integrated view on an e-commerce static and dynamic environment is *** order to accurately characterize new competition rules,economy effects and economics law in e-commerce environment,the authors do a series of theoretical and empirical research on an e-commerce environment from statically new effects and dynamically new ***,the static model based on the industrial competitive basis,enterprise value network,the core business activities,and product/service,and the dynamic model based on the instability,uncertainty,agility,complexity,novelty are proposed.
