Air samples were collected by stainless steel canisters in twenty hotels' guestrooms in *** volatile organic compounds(VOCs) were determined by preconcentrator-gas chromatography-mass selective detector *** mean concentration of VOC39 was 443.6μg *** levels were found to be higher indoors in half of the *** showed that Guangzhou's hotels had pollution of VOCs for some ***,benzene and xylene were major contaminants in aromatic ***,dichloromethane,chloroform,1,2dichloroethane,1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane,1,2-dichloropropane,trichloroethylene,carbon tetrachloride and 1,4-dichlorobenzene were major contaminants in chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Frozen soil is a widespread kind of soil at high altitudes and high latitudes. It is divided into two parts, permafrost and seasonally frozen soil. It accounts for about 79% of northern hemisphere. As the largest country in the world, the area of Russia frozen soil occupies a large proportion. The use of satellite remote sensing technology has promoted the rapid development of permafrost research since 1970s. In this paper, NOAA remote sensing data preprocessing in Asian part of Russia was done. According to the band characteristics of AVHRR data, split window algorithm was used to calculate surface temperature. Thus, interpreted permafrost and seasonally frozen ground were interpreted, and added up the change of frozen soil area. The conclusion of this research is that permafrost is being degraded to seasonally frozen ground every year. In the end of this paper, the reasons and the hazards were analyzed.

＜正＞Obesity,type 2 diabetes,and cardiovascular disease（CVD） represent complex biological phenomena resulting from the contribution of both environmental and genetic factors along with their interactions.A key resource that has aided in efforts to dissect the genetic architecture of such complex traits as obesity and diabetes has been,and remains,large carefully phenotyped family *** such an approach in multiple human populations along with nonhuman primate cohorts we have not only demonstrated significant genetic influence on a wide range of key physiological factors related to the development of obesity,diabetes,and CVD,but have also begun to identify important genetic variants contributing to the risk for developing these metabolic disorders. Recently we have localized a quantitative trait loci（QTL） associated with body weight in baboons to chromosome *** transcript abundance data we then looked for association between body weight and expression levels for genes residing in this same genomic *** detected strong association between body weight and expression levels for Cyclin G2（CCNG2）,N-acylsphingosine amidohydrolase-like protein（ASAHL）,and mitochondrial ribosomal protein L1（MRPL1）.Additionally,we also found a number of transcripts that we had previously associated with body weight in the San Antonio Family Heart Study:*** activator subunit 2（PSME2）,Cyclin dependent kinae 4（CDK4） and caspase 9,apopotosis-related cysteine peptidase（CASP9）.This presentation will focus on our findings utilizing our large pedigreed colony of baboons to both identify genetic contributions to obesity,diabetes,and CVD as well as our work on the role of the interaction between diet and genetics in modulating risk for these conditions,as well as highlighting the translational relevance of this unique animal resource.

Various CuO microstructures（willow-leaf-like,corn-leaf-like,bow-tie-like,fish-scale-like,ball-flower-like） were controllably synthesized by a green and eco-friendly microwave-assisted chemical *** products were characterized by X-ray diffraction（XRD）,field-emission scanning electron microscopy（FESEM）,high resolution transmission electron microscopy（HRTEM）.The experimental results demonstrated that the morphology of CuO products could be controlled by varying the concentration of NaOH and microwave irradiating *** growth mechanism of CuO microstructures was simply discussed.

In 2006,the State Council released "opinions on further improvement in fire control" and required public security personnel and fire troops to actively participate in offer rescue in leakage accidents of hazardous *** this paper,the author analyzed the characteristics of dangerous chemicals’ leakage based on their physical conditions,and proposed emergency countermeasures for dealing with the leakage accidents,so as to avoid and reduce injury to persons in the disposal process,and ensure the effectiveness of emergency action.

Conversion of lignocellulosic biomass into biofuels and chemicals can be achieved through a hybrid process which combines thermochemical technologies to fractionate biomass into different substrates and biochemical processing to convert the substrates into useful *** on the thermochemical processes used,the hybrid process can be divided into gasification-syngas fermentation,and pyrolysis-bio oil fermentation *** this work,we reported the most recent research on the syngas fermentation and bio-oil *** syngas fermentation,novel biofilm-based reactors were developed for enhancing the mass transfer efficiencies of the syngas(CO+H).The bacteria Clostridium carboxidivorans strain P7 produced a higher titer of the ethanol than conventional CSTR *** bio-oil fermentation,the chlamydomonas reinhardtii was used for utilizing acetic acid,a major compound in the bio-oil,through heterotrophic culture;the research effort focusing on adapting the microalgae for the toxic compounds in the bio-oil through metabolic evolution.

FeO-graphene nanosheets have been synthesized via a simple effective chemical precipitation method,followed by a heat *** composite nanosheets are superparamagnetic at room temperature and can be separated by an external magnetic *** prepared FeO-graphene nanosheets were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and raman *** results demonstrated the successful attachment of iron oxide nanoparticles to graphene *** was found that the attached nanoparticles were mainly FeO and the FeO-graphene nanosheets not only show near complete methylene blue removal within 10 mintues under natural lighting,but also they are practically usable for methylene blue separation from water.

N-octanol can dramatically decrease the cloud point of Triton X-100,a new and simple cloud point extraction（CPE）method using rhodanine as chelating agent for the preconcentration of trace level silver and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry（FAAS） was *** effect of different experimental conditions on the extraction of silver from aqueous solutions was *** result showed that the cloud point of surfactant can decreased from 65 C to 36 C by adding 1.2ml *** optimum conditions（pH range 3.0-5.0,0.5ml 0.5mol/L rhodanine,2.0ml 10%Triton X-100,equilibrium temperature:40 C,equilibrium time:30min）.The limit of detection was 0.18μg/L（3a） for silver and the preconcentration factor could be as high as *** results of standard reference sediment analysis indicated the accuracy and sensitivity of the *** proposed method was applied to the determination of trace silver in sediment and environmental water samples with expected result.

The objective of this research was to study the status of heavy metal pollution and the health risk of heavy metal in Benxi reach of Taizihe river. Results showed that the major carcinogenic heavy metal was Cr and As, and there were five monitoring stations where the health risk exceeded over the standard of ICRP. The health risk in Qinjingou and New Xihugou monitoring stations were bigger than other monitoring stations. This research would significantly improve the understanding of the status of heavy metal pollution and enhance the attention to health risk of heavy metal in water environment.

9 groups of field mixed-sowing experiments for ecological adaptability study were carried out in a highway slope in *** biological and mechanical indexes were *** evaluation index system of the ecological adaptability was established considering the yield characteristics,quality characteristics,stress resistance,mechanical properties and *** judgment matrixes were established;the single-level weights were calculated,and the consistency checks were carried out for the criterion layer,index layer and scheme layer,*** final weight and overall hierarchial sequencing were *** on the comprehensive evaluation result,the suggested slope protection scheme of this highway was given as follows:the main herbaceous plant should be bermuda grass and bahia grass,and appropriate content of tall fescue or perennial ryegrass can be added as an avant-garde plant.A little lotus japonicus can be used as soil improvement *** or three of crotalaria mucronata,pigeon pea,tephrosia Candida can be used for nitrogen fixing and soil improvement.
