In view of the requirements of isolating disturbances and stabilizing optical axis of high-precision gyro stabilized platform,a double-axis stabilized platform system centering on the flexible gyro was *** gyro stabilized platform’s structure were introduced and it’s error sources was *** order to eliminate the steady-state angle error which occurs in rate gyro feedback and traditional PID control scheme,a sliding mode variable structure control scheme is *** results show that the flexible gyro stabilized platform system has better stabilization precision.

Low-rent housing policy plays an indispensable and significant role in China housing security system,including rent subsidy and Shiwupeizu which means directly providing rent houses to qualified families,combining both consumer subsidy and producer *** two types of subsidies in the theory have some inevitable problems and efficiency loss,as well as reflect problems of low-rent housing in our ***,the paper is to analyze problems existent in consumer subsidy and producer subsidy by the model based on the theory,thus bring up corresponding opinions and suggestions according to actuality of low-rent housing in China.

Now days,multinational corporations （MNC） have become the major promotion power in economic ***,with the coming of the era of knowledge economy,the current economic growth relies more on the application and innovation of knowledge which has become an important resource to develop the core competitiveness of an *** the environment of knowledge economy,the governance of MNC shows many new characteristics different form traditional *** knowledge transferring in enterprises has significant influence on the effect of corporate *** build the governance structures of MNC based on knowledge and to solve the issue of governance mechanism establishment,this paper studied the parent-subsidiary relationship based on knowledge in MNC and researched the knowledge composition in *** this basis,this paper developed the study on corporate governance structures of MNC in knowledge perspective,established the knowledge transferring model in MNC,combined the current governance situation of China’s MNC and carried out the empirical study on multinational governance theories based on knowledge by questionnaire data from MNC in China.

this paper analyzed the growth of industry in the northeast area of China by the method of Shift-Share Analytical *** national growth component,the industrial structure effect and the regional competition effect were used to explain the growth of regional industry in shiftshare analysis *** results showed that the industrial structure effect and regional competition of Liaoning and Jilin province are more positive than the average level of the *** province’s industrial composition and industrial structure is negative which compared with the country’s *** author believe it is necessary that make more plans to accelerate industrialization in this ***,the local economy’s competitive industries in different provinces were identified in this *** of those industries should be target as leading industries in different provinces,and should be paid more attention in the formulation of regional economic policy is in future.

Energy is an essential material basis for human society and also a basis element of the national economy. The efficiency of energy use and reasonable energy consumption is in relation to the socio-economic sustainable development. On account of global limited fossil energy reserves, all countries attach importance to the development of renewable energy. The paper uses Heilongjiang Province as a case to study the relationship between renewable energy consumption and economic growth of Heilongjiang Province. The results show that there is not a long- term cointegration relationship between economic growth and renewable energy consumption in Heilongjiang province. economic growth is a direct result of the increase in renewable energy consumption, but the increase in renewable energy consumption can not lead to economic growth. From the gray comprehensive correlation degree view, economic growth and renewable energy consumption associated with a higher degree, so the role of renewable energy should not be ignored. Finally, based on Empirical findings, the development strategies of renewable energy are given.

The development of social economy affects fire safety deeply. Social economic factors have an obvious influence on fire losses. Focused on the influences that social economic factors have on fire losses, the relationships between social economic factors and fire losses were studied in this paper. The study was carried out with the statistical analysis method and the statistical analysis software SPSS13.0 has been used in the analytic processes. The results showed that social economic factors have different degrees of influences on fire losses in different areas. For districts with different economical development levels, the main factors that influence fire economical losses can be obtained by statistical analysis. Then effective measures can be taken to reduce fire economical losses.

This paper analyzes present situation of real estate market in China and studies the method to determine the basic price of ordinary housing and measure the degree of irrational bubbles based on the partial equilibrium framework. This paper also analyzes the irrational bubbles of ordinary residential market with real estate-related data in Beijing and Xi’an. In addition, this paper presents some recommendation on formulating real estate regulatory policy for Chinese government.

we prove that there are quantitative relations between the modern risk measure methods and traditional ***,there are linear relations between value at risk （VaR） and Beta Coefficients,Duration both in continuous time and discrete ***,there is quantitative relation between expect shortfall （ES） and Beta Coefficient,and ES in continuous time,and a linear relationship between them in discrete *** simple relations between them are helpful for using the combination of modern risk measure methods and traditional ones to manage China’s economic and financial risks.
