Financial reporting by companies is strengthened with auditors’ report where they opine whether or not the financial statements give a ’true and fair view’. ’True and fair view’ is in existence since a very long time as compared to various other terms. Since its introduction, ’true and fair view’ had faced a number of criticisms. Past researchers had tried to explore this concept. None of them managed to give any additional information than was traditionally available in the books. This study empirically concludes that it is time to refurbish the concept of ’true and fair view’.

Perception of consumers when surfing the web for products has been heavily influenced by various factors such as risks, trust issues and uncertainty. Here we study the influence of perceived risk on consumers during the process of adoption of e-commerce. With the reference of the technology Acceptance Model （TAM）, the key issues being listed as the perception of the consumers influencing their decisions have been addressed in order to understand why the people want to use an online service for perception or discard their purchase.

As a part of the whole system,any thermal devices should be optimized in order of minimizing the amount of wasted *** paper investigates the application of Imperialist Competitive Algorithm（ICA） in thermodynamic optimization of a cross-flow plate fin heat *** method of Bijan is used for the entropy *** design parameters are chosen as optimization variables where the constraints are handled using penalty *** better understand the algorithm,a case study from the literature is *** results show that ICA can find better results comparing to traditional genetic algorithms.

Conventional cost accounting assumes that the relation between cost and volume is symmetric for volume increases and decreases. We test an alternative model where costs increase more when activity rises than they decrease when Activity falls by an equivalent amount. We find, for a sample of Iranian firms that direct material cost increase 0.43% per 1% increase in sales but decrease 0.70% per 1% decrease in sales, direct labor cost increase 0.183% per 1% increase in sales but decrease only 0.09% per 1% decrease in sales, and overhead cost increase 0.328% per 1% increase in sales but decrease only 0.13% per 1% decrease in sales. And we confirm cost stickiness for overhead costs and direct labor costs in Iranian firms, but direct material costs are not sticky in Iranian firms.

The Soil Moisture sensor（SM） is used as a tool to optimize irrigation and to protect plant stress at the dry or wet *** sensor is used where soil with moisture serves as dielectric,as the moisture changes the capacitance changes,we can also use resistive sensor to sense the moisture *** sensed data is sent over a wireless network to a remote central receiver（RCR） which will have a database where soil moisture periodically can be stored for different locations and soil pattern are derived and represented *** case soil moisture reaches a critical level farmer is intimidated via sms using GSM modem and as per the feedback from farmer irrigation can be *** on moisture sensed and changes in moisture over a period of time soil is classified into different types that shows how fast moisture changes.
