＜正＞This paper studied the density of demodulation reference signals（DRS） for dual-layer *** the channel estimation performance and DRS overhead were considered by translating both effects into Signal Interference Noise Ratio（SINR）,and then the total effective SINR was *** comparing the total effective SINR of different DRS density,it is proposed that 12 DRS in a resource block gives about balanced performance at dual-layer beamforming.

＜正＞Cell planning is a crucial part of designing a mobile communication ***,there are many proposed algorithms for this purpose,the problem has been remained challenging in non-uniform traffic *** this paper,we propose a new cell planning method based on active contour *** structure of the proposed method lets several parameters be applied in cellular mobile communication network design *** of these parameters are the coverage area of each base station,the overlap between neighbor base transceiver stations and the location of each base station in the test *** proposed technique is noticeably fast and accurate comparing with other competing *** addition,the dimension of areas can be much larger than the test areas in other *** novelty of this paper is to utilize active contour theory for solving complex geometry and traffic *** our method, each active contour represents a base station coverage *** iterative optimization algorithm is proposed to optimize the parameters of the set of active contours. The optimization criteria include the maximum overlap coverage area as well as minimum number of cells and cell *** results shows 99.92%and 97.23%overall coverage in uniform and non-uniform traffic situation respectively,revealing a great improvement with respect to genetic algorithm.

＜正＞The load will change drastically when a new user accesses the CDMA *** the advanced outer loop power control（OLPC） technology will be taken to enrich the target signal interference ratio （SIR） and improve the system *** author introduces the ever existed problems about WCDMA outer loop power control for multiservice and analyzes the power control theoretical *** system simulation the author explains how to obtain the theoretical performance and parameter optimization of power control algorithm. The OLPC algorithm is improved and the performance comparisons between the old algorithm and the improved algorithm are given. The results show the good performance of the improved OLPC algorithm and prove the validity of improved method for multi-service.

＜正＞In this paper,we consider joint subcarrier power allocation and equal bit-error-rate（BER） power control（PC） for the uplink multicarrier code division multiple access（MC-CDMA） systems with MMSE successive interference cancellation （MMSE-SIC）.We first propose a novel subcarrier power adaptive allocation scheme which maintains the constant BER single user bound（SUB） and then combine it with equal BER PC for the uplink MC-CDMA systems with *** joint scheme is compared with equal BER PC without subcarrier power adaptation for the uplink MC-CDMA systems with *** results show that the joint scheme can achieve a much lower BER SUB and a much better BER performance.

＜正＞Similar to its frequency division duplex（FDD） counterpart,there is currently great interest in introducing multiple-input multiple-output（MIMO） antenna technique into time division-synchronized code division multiple access（TD-SCDMA） high-speed packet access evolution（HSPA+） system within *** this end,per-antenna rate control （PARC）,selective-PARC（S-PARC） and dual-stream transmit antenna array（D-TxAA） are three candidate MIMO ***-level evaluation for these MIMO schemes is significant for the finalization of TD-SCDMA HSPA+ standardization ***,a new interface between link-level simulation and system-level simulation is required to model accurately MIMO link behavior in a system-level *** this paper,we first elaborate the new simulation interface used in our simulator,and then present the performance results of these three MIMO ***’s shown that SPARC can provide relatively high throughput and has low requirement on feedback overhead;therefore,it deserves more attention in TD-SCDMA HSPA+ standardization work.

＜正＞In this paper,a cooperative communication scheme using smart antenna is proposed for cognitive radio *** scheme expands the concept of cognitive radio in time and *** the cooperation,spectrum sensing accuracy and throughput of cognitive radio networks can be observably *** licensed users’ detection and unlicensed users’ transmission are almost carried on *** beamforming of smart antenna can help cognitive radio networks to reduce the interference to licensed users and acquire antenna array gain for unlicensed users. The performance characterizations reveal that the scheme has lower outage probability and more accurate primary detection than general CR networks.

＜正＞Real time and low occupation of memory must be satisfied in the error controlling of computer *** redundancy code Generation algorithm based on small lookup table（CRCGA） is presented in this paper,which is based on "slicing-by -4" algorithm proposed by *** ***. and uses the distributive property of mod function in modulo-2 arithmetic to reduce the size of cache demanded by the algorithm by *** reads 32bits at a time,only needs 2-KByte cache *** results show that CRCGA can be applied to small control equipment in distributed control system.
