中华医学会第七次全国骨质疏松和骨矿盐疾病学术会议于2013年9月10日至13日在山西太原晋祠宾馆隆重举行,本次会议得到山西省医学会和山西医科大学附属第一医院的大力支持和承办,来自全国各地600余位代表参加本次会议.国内从事骨质疏松和代谢性骨病临床工作与研究的十余位专家分别作了精彩的专题报告.会议收到412篇研究报告,其中15篇为大会发言,10篇获得优秀壁报奖.本次会议秉承了历届大会以学术为向导的办会宗旨,重点讨论了重大临床实际问题,同时结合了基础研究新进展.会议形式多样,讨论热烈,内容新颖.概括性、前瞻性和向导性是本次大会的主要特点.大会报告、特邀报告、会见教授、热点讨论、专题报告和疑难病例分析等精彩内容,充分展示了我国代谢性骨病学术界近年所取得的进展和成就,为广大从事骨质疏松和骨代谢临床与基础研究的学者提供了一个交流和切磋的平台.本次大会共有10余家企业参展并赞助,共举行6场卫星会,专家们的精彩演讲及热点讨论,无疑是对主会议的有益补充.现就本次会议的主要内容简介如下.

Aim Mesechymal stem cells as pluripotent cells are involved in the differentiation of adipocytes under regulation of genes and transcription factors.The plasticity observed between adipocytes and osteoblasts differentiation is the basis of trans-differentiation,observed inboth experimental and clinical level. The trans-differentiation of BMMSC primary cell culture was established to gain knowledge about the endocrine effect of bone marrow microenvironment.
