摘 要：Objective Cheng’s sucking-sheath is a novel sheath adding a suction ending at the classic ureteral access sheath, it would reduce the inter-pelvic pressure, increase the irrigation flow rate and suck the fragments of stones out form the channel theoretically. The aim of this trial is to observe the efficiency and security of flexible ureteroscopy combining with Cheng’s sucking-sheath on treating renal stone2cm.
