Identification of Anthracnose Pathogen on Euonymus japonicus and Its Sensitivity to Chemical Fungicides in Beijing

摘      要:As an evergreen shrub,Euonymus japonicus plays important roles in urban landscape *** is one of important limiting factors affecting the healthy growth of ***,seriously influencing the improvement of urban landscape ***,the Colletotrichum species associated with anthracnose on *** are *** this study,a total of 274 anthracnose leaf samples from 55 locations in 12 districts of Beijing were collected and the field symptoms were classified into ten *** a total of 194 strains were isolated and recognized as eight Colletotrichum species according to morphological characteristics and multi-locus phylogenetic *** them,C aenigma,***,*** and *** were first discovered to infect leaves of *** in the world,*** was first discovered to infect leaves of *** in *** analysis found that ***,*** and *** were dominant pathogens of anthracnose on ***,with *** possessed highest isolation ratio and widest distribution area,which deserve precautions in *** pathogenicity assay indicated that wounding was conducive to the pathogenicity of Colletotrichum *** *** *** varying degrees of pathogenicity on leaves of ***,amongwhich *** was the most virulent either by mycelial discos or conidial suspensions *** addition,fungicide assay based on the mycelial growth showed that prochloraz was effective on the three dominant pathogens of anthracnose on ***,with the EC average values 0.406 5 mg/L,0.407 9 mg/L and 0.072 9 mg/L,*** findings provide a contribution to the prevention and control of anthracnose on *** by better understanding the involved Colletotrichum species.
