摘      要:The phytopathogenic oomycete Phytopythium helicoides,formerly known as Pythium helicoides,is a newly described threat to citrus cultivar Shatangju(Citrus reticulata(***) in southern *** detect *** for the rapid diagnosis and control Shatangju leaf blight and stem rot that it causes,we developed a loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) assay that targets the β-tubulin gene region of *** a set of screened primers and optimized reaction conditions of 60℃ for 70 min,the LAMP assay can detect specifically the pathogen from all the tested phytopathogens that are associated with *** assay consistently showed high sensitivity in detecting low contents of the pathogen DNA(30 pg),which is comparable to quantitative polymerase chain reaction *** confirmed the practical application of this LAMP assay in diagnosing both citrus leaves and strawberry crowns infected by this *** LAMP method developed in this study provides a specific,sensitive,and rapid detection of *** to assist in the control of Shatangju leaf blight and stem rot,as well as other crop diseases associated with this pathogen,such as strawberry crown rot.
