摘 要:According to the requirement of switching the drive mode of the dual-motor hybrid vehicle during the operation of the vehicle,by analyzing the structural characteristics of the dual-motor hybrid configuration,a method is proposed to realize the entire vehicle through the coordinated control of the engine,generator and drive motor Drive mode switching control *** engine start-up process is divided into two stages:engine drag and work point *** shutdown process is divided into two stages:work point transfer and generator assisted *** serial to parallel switching process is divided into engine work point transfer and clutch coupling,The three stages of power source switching,the parallel to series switching process is divided into three stages of power source switching,clutch separation,and engine work point transfer,which can realize the flexible and smooth switching of the whole vehicle between electric,series and parallel drive *** it supports the switching intention change operation in the process of switching between different drive ***,the actual vehicle verification of the control strategy was carried *** start-up time was less than0.6 s,the peak-to-peak value of the transmission housing vibration during the start-up process was less than 10 g,and the shock degree during the series-parallel switching process was less than 8 m/*** results show that the proposed control method can fully support the drive mode switching during vehicle operation,thereby helping to achieve the goals of power,driving smoothness and fuel economy of the vehicle.
