摘 要:This paper studies the whole vehicle simulation calibration of DPF original carbon load model,uses the big data analysis platform to collect,analyze and formulate the road test conditions,collects the relevant engine operating parameters involved in the calculation of the original carbon load model during the road test as the simulation input,takes the actual carbon load weighing results of DPF during the road test as the simulation target,and builds the simulation model according to the calculation strategy of the original carbon load model in the engine electronic control unit,Combined with the working condition characteristic portrait of the whole vehicle operation,calibrate the calibration amount and map in the simulation model to make the carbon load growth curve of the simulation model consistent with the actual carbon load growth ***,update the simulation results in the simulation model to the whole vehicle calibration data to complete the whole vehicle simulation calibration of the original emission carbon load model of *** has the characteristics of simple operation process,low cost and high precision,and meets the needs of product development.
