摘 要：Objective Sinomenine is a kind of alkaloid extracted and isolated from the roots or stems of traditional Chinese medicine Sinomenium acuturn,which was reported to significantly alleviate both neuropathic and inflammatory pain,while its central mechanism responsible for the antihyperalgesic effect has remained elusive.
