摘 要:【Background】Nitrogen is essential for plant growth and development, increasing nitrogen input can improve crop yield to a certain extent, but the phenomenon of higher fertiliser use and lower efficiency has become increasingly prominent. A key measure for minimising the negative impact of resource utilisation in agriculture on the environment is to screen and cultivate high yielding and highly N-efficient varieties, whereby, there is an urgent need to improve crop N uptake and use efficiency. Peanut genotypes are known to differ for N efficiency. Determining the appropriate N application rate together with efficient water and fertiliser management can improve peanut N efficiency. However, most studies on peanuts have focused on their cultivation and physical and chemical properties, and few studies have been conducted on the responses of peanut germplasm resources to stress. By screening N-efficient core germplasm resources, establishing a comprehensive evaluation system for efficient N utilisation in peanut can give full play to the nitrogen fixation effect of peanuts and have certain heritability, improve N efficiency, improve the soil environment, and play an important role in N absorption and utilisation.【Materials and Methods】In this study, 127 peanut core collections were used as experimental materials, and their nitrogen efficiency was evaluated under hydroponic and field conditions respectively. At seedling stage, Ca(NO3)2 was used as nitrogen source and normal concentration(7.5 mM N) was used as control. Three low nitrogen concentrations N1(0.075 mM N), N2(0.15 mM N) and N3(0.75 mM N) were set for 28 days after continuous treatment to observe the leaf etiolation, determine the growth of seedlings and nitrogen uptake and utilization to evaluate the nitrogen efficiency. In the field, nitrogen efficiency, yield and yield-related traits were evaluated by using normal nitrogen fertilizer(90kg/ha) and no nitrogen fertilizer(0kg/ha) as nitrogen treatments.【Result
