Roxadustat(FG-4592) pretreatment attenuates folic acid induced kidney injury via mitophagy

摘      要：Hypoxia precondition plays a protective role in tissues injured by oxidative stress.Whether or not mitophagy is involved needs to be explored.In the present study,the acute kidney injury model was established by folic acid(FA) administration.Roxadustat (FG-4592),a stabilizer of hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) was used 2 days before FA insult to mimic hypoxia precondition.
