摘 要:Macrophage-myofibroblast transition (MMT) is a newly identified process to generate collagen-producing myofibroblasts locally in fibrosing tissues,but the underlying mechanisms are still largely unknown.Here,we uncover the underlying mechanism of MMT by analyzing bone marrow derived macrophage (BMDM) and MMT cells with RNA-sequencing at single-cell resolution.
