摘 要：Background: Hepatocyte pyroptosis can release NLRP3 inflammasome particles and induce cytokine storms, causing systemic inflammatory responses that damage the liver. This process is involved in the pathophysiology of various liver diseases and accelerates the progression of acute liver injury (ALI). Numerous reports have shown that hepatocyte pyroptosis plays a key role in ALI.
