摘      要:Cotton is an important economic crop which could provide natural fiber, plant oil and ***,existence of pigment gland and toxic gossypol inhibit full use of cottonseed ***(miRNAs) play important roles in post-transcription,but the role of miRNAs in pigment gland formation remains ***,4 pairs of near-isogenic lines(NILs) consist of 3 glanded and 4 glandless cotton lines were used for small RNA *** total of 58 known and 58 novel miRNAs were *** them,10 and 6 miRNAs showed different expression between dominant glandless and glanded cotton, recessive glandless and glanded cotton,*** miRNAs potentially target 73 and 90 genes, respectively, including phytohormone-related genes and transcription factors, such as ARF,ERF,RGA and ***,two novel miRNAs Ghnmir1/Ghnmir9 and their targets bHLH-MYC transcription factors were differentially expressed between all glanded and glandless cotton, implying they probably take part in pigment gland *** on Gene Ontology(GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) analysis, plant hormone signal transduction,MAPK signaling pathway and phagosome may be relative to regulation of glandless *** study provides evidence for understanding miRNA potential regulatory roles in pigment gland development, which is helpful to clarify the molecular mechanisms of pigment gland formation and future low-gossypol cotton breeding.
