肿瘤微环境的免疫原性对局部放疗引发远隔效应的影响及思考(英文)

摘 要:Although abscopal tumor regression remained a rare *** generated two distinct tumor models stratified as highly(MC-38 and E.G7-OVA) or poorly(LL/2 and B16-F10) immunogenic *** established tumor models were treated with sham-radiation,a single-dose of 15 Gy,or 3 fractions of 5 Gy in three consecutive days,*** results demonstrated local radiation reshaped tumor microenvironment of irradiated and non-irradiated distant tumors by increasing CD8 T-cell infiltration and reducing the accumulation of suppressive immune cells in highly immunogenic ***,no significant alteration was detected in non-irradiated distant tumor microenvironment after radiation in poorly immunogenic *** addition,local radiation alone was insufficient to elicit abscopal effects in poorly immunogenic *** findings indicated that tumor immunogenicity was the dominant characteristic which could predict abscopal effect of radiotherapy.
