A case report:AIDS coexisting with penicilliummar neffei and cytomegalovirus infection

摘 要：Objective To determine whether the low immunity AIDS patients have opportunistic infections. Methods Patients with blood culture bacteria and fungi, observe the colony growth and morphology, and the smears, staining was observed cell characteristics under the microscope. Using serology and PCR methods to determine whether the patients with complicated infection. Results Blood culture found that the positive fungi was biphasic fungi, yeast phase growth at 37℃ while penicillium phase growth and yield rose red pigment at 25, just like the broom-like sticks under the microscope. Both IgM CMV antibody and cytomegalovirus-DNA qualitative fluorescence of PCR were positive. Conclusion The AIDS patient coexisting with penicilliummar neffei and cytomegalovirus infection. Combined detection a variety of methods in early detection can help to early discovery and treatment of the opportunistic infections in AIDS patients.
