摘 要:Background:Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) increases adverse perinatal outcome (APO) ***:To investigate whether successful treatment of severe ICP reduces APO ***:This retrospective, single-center study enrolled consecutive Chinese women with ICP (singleton delivery at≥37 weeks) between August 2013 and June 2016. Patients were divided into mild ICP (serum bile acids [SBA]≤40μmol/L throughout pregnancy) and severe ICP (SBA initially40μmol/L but fell after ursodeoxycholate therapy) groups. Clinical characteristics, laboratory investigations and maternal/neonatal outcomes were assessed.
