摘 要:Objective The splicing factor SPF45 (RBM17) is a well-known component of the spliceosome that is involved in alternative splicing. RBM17 is frequently overexpressed in many tumors and plays a crucial role in cancer progression and drug resistance. However, the role of RBM17 in the development of glioma has not been thoroughly elucidated to date.
