Epidemiological characteristics of Chlamydia trachomatis infection in reproductive tract in Zhejiang Province in 2008-2017

摘 要：Objective:To understand the epidemiological characteristics and development trend of Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) infection in patients with genitourinary tract inflammation in Zhejiang province,and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis,treatment and ***:Real-time fluorescent PCR was used to detect CT-DNA in suspected urogenital tract infection patients in Zhejiang People’s Hospital from 2008 to 2017,and the results were analyzed ***:There were 37427 suspected urogenital tract infections from 2008 to *** them,30815 were female patients and 6612 were male patients.A total of 3541 cases were CT-DNA positive,with a positive rate of9.46%(3541/37427).Among 3541 patients with CT infection,3061 were female positive,the positive rate was 9.93%(3061/30815),480 were male positive,the positive rate was 7.26%(480/6612).From 2008 to 2017,the positive rates were 14.29%(4 cases),14.51%(28 cases),7.5%(3 cases),10.08%(12 cases),11.17%(22 cases),7.90%(56 cases),10.28%(145 cases),9.73%(911 cases),8.96%(1050 cases) and 9.60%(1310 cases),***:In recent years,the number of patients with genitourinary tract inflammation and the number of patients with positive CT infection are increasing,suggesting that clinical attention should be paid to CT-DNA detection of these diseases,and the scope of CT screening should be expanded.
