摘 要：Emergence of polymyxin resistance in Acinetobacter baumannii is growing into a non-negligible challenge to clinical *** conventional methods of antimicrobial susceptibility test,including E-test and disk diffusion,are not reliable due to the unsatisfactory diffusion of polymyxin in agar while the reference method,broth microdilution method,is time-consuming and requires careful operation.
