Molecular epidemiology and mechanisms of colistin-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae clinical isolates in a Chinese teaching hospital from 2011 to 2016

摘 要：Objectives:We aimed to analyze the resistance mechanisms and molecular epidemiology of colistin-resistantKlebsiella pneumoniae isolates,a total of 1376 K.pneumoniae clinical isolates were collected from 2011 to 2016.Methods:All colistin-resistant K.pneumoniae isolates were screened for the pmrAB,phoPQ,mgrB,crrAB and mcr-1 by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and sequencing.Expression levels of pmrH and pmrD genes were characterized using quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR).
