摘 要:WRKY protein is a pivotal type of transcription factor involved in plant growth and development,bioticand abioticstress,and plant defense *** distachyonwith its short life cycle,small genome and close evolutionary relationship of wheat is an ideal model plant for studying the interaction of plant pathogens and *** on Brachypodium genomicanalysis and gene expression microarray,the BdWRKY67 gene,which is closely related to wheat evolution and induced by rust fungus,was selected for an in-depth *** qRT-PCR,we onfirmed that BdWRKY67 gene was highly induced at 48 h post Brachypodium rust F-co *** phenotypic identification and histological observation of BdWRKY67 RNAi plants,BdWRKY67 RNAi plants confered resistant to Brachypodium rust compared with wild-type *** results preliminarily indicate that the BdWRKY67 transcription factor participate in negative regulation during the interaction between Brachypodium brachypodium and Brachypodium *** study preliminarily clarified the function of BdWRKY67,and provided a theoretical basis for further revealing the interaction mechanism between wheat WRKY transcription factor homologous to Brachypodium and stripe rust *** the Brachypodium distachyon-brachypodium rust interaction system can accelerate the research on the molecular mechanism of rust disease,and provide onvenience for the in-depth and rapid revealing of the interaction mechanism between wheat and rust fungus.
