摘      要:正Organelles within a cell communicate with each other to exchange information and maintain cellular homeostasis. Indeed, various diseases such as neurodegeneration and type-2 diabetes are linked to dysregulation of organelle communication. However, the underlying molecular mechanism remains largely unclear. Sel1L-Hrd1 endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-associated degradation (ERAD)is a principal quality control mechanism which clears misfolded proteins in the ER for proteasomal degradation in the cytosol.
