摘      要:3-Aryl-4-hydroxy-2(5 H)-furanone belongs to the class of *** core structure of these compounds,tetronic acid,is not only a structural fragment contained in many natural products,but also the core structure of a class of insecticides .Especially,Many butenolide compounds containing tetronic acid unit exhibit anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and other biological *** acrylate structure is also a kind of pharmacophore component of a broad spectrum,high-efficiency *** type of fungicide is mainly derived from structural optimization by taking the sterilizing active natural antibiotic Strobilurin A as a ***,this work focused on the design,synthesis,and bio-evaluation of a series of novel3-aryl-4-hydroxy-2(5 H)-furanone containing acrylate scaffold by a chemical method of intermediate *** these synthesized compounds were determined by H NMR,C NMR and *** vitro fungicidal activity test showed that some of the compounds had broad-spectrum fungicidal activity against phytopathogenic fungi of tea,rape,peach,wheat,cotton and other major economic crops,and the activity of a few compounds even exceeded the control *** results demonstrated these novel3-aryl-4-hydroxy-2(5 H)-furanone derivatives might be considered as promising scaffolds for further optimization of potential antifungal agents.
