摘 要:In this work,A three-dimensionally ordered macroporous (3DOM) TiO modified electrode was fabricated by the template method on the indium tin oxide (ITO) *** morphology and elelctrochemical properties of the modified electrode were characterized by SEM,CV,CC,LSV,EIS and *** the optimized condition,the oxidation peak current of VA was found to be linearly proportional to the concentration of VA in the range of 5×10~4×10mol L with a detection limit of 4.9×10 molL (S/N=3).In addition,the modified electrode was successfully used for the quantitative determination of VA in food samples with high sensitivity,rapid electrochemical response and low *** result is satisfactory.
