摘      要:Akebia trifoliata(Thunb.) Koidz has long been used as a diuretic and an antiphlogistic in traditional Chinese medicine for *** far,phytochemical studies on the stems of this plant have revealed structurally diverse triterpenoids,phenolics and *** pericarp of *** was deduced to be rich in bioactive chemicals which might be ideal candidates that could be developed as effective and safe agents for pharmaceutical ***,those potential bioactive compounds in the pericarps have yet not well been ***,we carried out a phytochemical study on the pericarps of ***,by which a series of oleanane-type triterpenoids were identified and some of them showed antimicrobial *** continuation of this work,six new triterpene acids(1-6) were further *** on extensive spectroscopic analysis,these new structures were elucidated as 2α,3β,23-trihydroxymultiflor-7-en-28-oic acid(1),2α,3β,23-trihydroxy-taraxastan-28,20β-olide(2),2,29-dihydroxy-3-oxo-23-noroleana-1,4,12-trien-28-acid(3),3-hydroxy-2-oxo-23-noroleana-3,12-dien-28-acid(4),2-hydroxy-3-oxo-23,29-dinor oleana-1,4,12-trien-28-acid(5) and 4-oxo-3,23-dinor-2,3-seco-olean-12-ene-2,28-diate(6).In vitro antibacterial assay revealed that compounds 3-5 were active against tested gram-(+) bacteria Staphyloccocus Aureus(CMCC26003),Bacillus Cereus(CMCC63302) and Bacillus Subtilis(CMCC63501) with MIC values ranging from 6.25 to 12.5 μg/***,compounds 3-5 were further revealed to show in vitro growth inhibitory activity against human tumor A549 and HeLa cell lines.
