摘 要:Electrochemiluminescence(ECL) is a powerful technique with the advantages of high sensitivity and wide dynamic range,but it is normally difficult to simultaneously detect multicomponent *** this work,a simple paper-chromatography ECL device was developed for simultaneous separation and detection of bisphenol A(BPA) and dibutyl phthalate(DBP).In our design,a filter paper was used to effectively separate the BPA and DBP.A carbon conductive tape modified with multiwalled carbon nanotube(MWCNTs) and CdSe quantum dot(CdSe QDs) was attached to an ITO glass and used as an ECL detection *** linear relationships between ECL signals and the concentrations of DBP and BPA were obtained as a result of the quenching effect of BPA and DBP on the ECL emission of CdSe *** designed paper-chromatography ECL device provided a quantitative readout proportional to the BPA and DBP concentration both in the range of 1μg/L~10 mg/*** mixture of DBP and BPA was successfully detected by the established paper-chromatography ECL *** to the ease of fabrication and simple operation,the paper-chromatography ECL device has a promising application in multicomponent ECL detection.
