Natural products sensitize tumor cell to recognition and lysis by NK cell

摘 要：Natural killer(NK) cell-mediated immunotherapy is an attractive approach to treat cancers .Natural products from plants,animals,microbes,and halobios are precious treasure and contains numerous bioactive compounds to cure *** on the abundant resources pool in southwest China,a screening effort was initiated to identify novel lead compounds sensitizing tumor cells to NK cell *** a result,potential natural products were obtained which significantly stimulated the expression of NKG2 D ligands on tumor cells and greatly sensitized their recognition and lysis by NK *** regulatory mechanism and the in vivo anti-cancer activity was evaluated,which is important for the discovery of new agents for NK cell-based immunotherapy.
