摘      要:under the cap-and-trade regulation, this paper studies the influence of the retailer’s attention to fairness and the manufacturer’s attitudes to it on the decision-making of members in a retailer’s dual-channel supply chains. The game models are established under three conditions: the retailer is fair-neutral, the manufacturer cares about the retailer’s attention to fairness and the manufacturer doesn’t care about it. The results show that the retailer’s concern can hurt the manufacturer’s profit. When the retailer focuses on fairness, the manufacturer needs to consider it when making decisions, which can reduce the adverse effects of it. If the manufacturer doesn’t consider the retailer’s attention to fairness, the retailer will not gain from fairness concern, but will suffer huge losses as a result. If the manufacturer considers it, the change in retailer’s profit with the fairness concern coefficient will be affected by the investment cost factor of emission reduction. At this point, the retailer shouldn’t more focus on fairness. For the retailer, an inopportune or excessive focus on fairness can be counterproductive.
