摘 要：正Colorectal cancer（CRC） is the third most prevalent cancer and the fourth leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide, resulting in over one million new cases and deaths each year, with an upward trend. Altered glycosylation significantly affects the structural and functional changes in immunoglobulin G（IgG） and was consequently associated with disease progression.
