摘 要:The potential advantages of DNA-based molecular logic gates over traditional silicon based computers lie in their high flexibility,excellent biocompatibility,specific molecular recognization and predictable molecular behavior,which respond to unconventional identification signals such as chemicals,biomolecules,and light. The design of such molecular logic gates is the possibility to connect logic units in complex circuits at the molecular level and has been investigated as a potential candidate for the development of DNA computer ***,the simultaneous multiplexed logical analysis to implement advanced logic operation is still a critical challenge for DNA computing and ***,an effective strategy in which multiplexed biomolecule inputs lighted up silver nanoclusters/MOFs was developed to construct a library of logic *** present a label-free,multiplexed,and fluorescent logic device based on single-stranded DNA templated silver nanoclustes(ssDNA-Ag NCs) and Uio-66-NH *** Ag NCs/Uio-66-NH provides an instructive way for the integration of simultaneous multiple molecular devices and intelligent diagnosis.
