摘      要:Blood-based detection of biomarkers is highly needed for the early diagnosis,dynamic monitoring,and prognosis evaluation of *** focus on the developing micro-nanotechnologies for the blood-based detection of cancer and neurodegenerative *** construct antibody-mimetic self-assembling peptoid nanosheets with amyloid beta 42(Aβ42)-recognizing loops displayed on the surface,and develop a label-free sensor for the early detection of AD *** loop-displaying peptoid nanosheet is demonstrated to have high affinity to serum Aβ42,and to be able to identify mild cognitive impairment(MCI) and AD sera with high *** also develop a flow cytometry-based assay for the detection and molecular analysis of tumor-derived serum extracellular vesicles(EVs) with the aid of microbead *** microbead-assisted flow cytometry EV assay is demonstrated to be able to diagnose breast cancer,gliomas,pituitary adenoma,and non-small cell lung cancer with high sensitivity and *** results show great potential of micro-nanotechnologies in the biomedical detection,and will help to the personalized management of diseases.
