摘      要:Fractionation of cornstalk into carbohydrate(cellulose and hemicellulose) and lignin, was carried out using alkali-catalyzed organosolv pretreatment(ACOS). The processing parameters in the pretreatment process were optimized. More than 85% of total lignin was removed with low amounts of hemicellulose degradation under the following conditions: 110℃, 0.4%(w/v) NaOH, 90 min reaction time, and 60%(v/v) Et OH. The maximum recovery of total monosaccharide(81%)(cellulose/79%, hemicellulos/84%) was obtained at the combined severity factor value of(CSF = 4.15). The physical structure and chemical properties of alkali-catalyzed organosolv lignin(ACOSL) were analyzed. Results suggested that ACOSL showed intact structure compared to alkali lignin.
