摘 要:Nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots(GQDs) exhibit low toxicity,superior solubility,chemical inertness,stable fluorescence and other properties,which make them show good prospects in optoelectronic devices,detectors,and biological *** serum albumin(HSA) is the most abundant protein in human plasma and can bind to many endogenous and exogenous compounds.A new GQDs was prepared by simple hydrothermal synthesis using citric acid as carbon source and glycine as nitrogen *** mechanism of interaction between GQDs and HSA and its responsiveness to Hg in HSA environment were studied by various spectroscopy methods and electrochemical *** gel electrophoresis method,the interaction between GQDs and HSA is visualized,which visually demonstrates the responsiveness of GQDs to Hg in the presence of *** study is expected to provide a meaningful reference for the research methods of quantum dots and biological macromolecules.
