摘 要:β-glucans are commonly used as functional food ingredients and recognized as potential immunological ***,the BG’s poor water solubility of β-glucans limits their *** order to gain different molecular weight water-soluble β-glucans,we used chemical and physical methods to degrade the β-glucan of Curdlan.P4 fine gel exclusion column was used to separate the degradation product of *** β-glucans oligosaccharides(BGOs)derived from Curdlan were analyzed by HILIC-ELSD method with a Click Xion column,and then separated by graphitized carbon black *** with a specific degree of polymerization(DP) from 2 to 10 were ***-MS has indicated the BGOs(DP 2-10)molecular weight:342,504,666,828,990,1152,1314,1476 and *** anomeric configuration and glycosidic linkage of BGOs were confirmed to be β-Glc-(1→3)-by 1 H and 13 C NMR *** this study we developed a HILIC-ELSD method for the compositional analysis of BGOs and obtained BGOs with specific *** work could potentially provide a basis for further research on the structure-activity relationship of series oligosaccharides(DP2-9) from Curdlan.
