摘 要:Purpose/Background:Cisplatin resistance is a major therapeutic challenge in advanced oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC). Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs) play a regulatory role in cisplatin resistance in OSCC. LncRNA lnc-POP1-1 was revealed as one of the downstream genes regulated by the cisplatin resistance-related protein VN1 R5 in OSCC cells. Here, we aimed to investigate the functions and molecular mechanisms of VN1 R5 and its downstream lncRNA lnc-POP1-1 in mediating cisplatin resistance in OSCC cells.
