摘 要:The production planning of bearing cap directly affects whether the production rhythm of the process is coordinated or not. Based on the analysis of production scheduling objectives and constraints of flexible automatic production line for bearing cap, a mathematical model for production planning of bearing cap is established, and the mathematical model is solved. On the premise of defining the production date and corresponding production volume of production orders on each production line, the method of production planning for on-site day is improved based on heuristic method. The production planning optimization algorithm divides the production order and determines the order of the production order. According to the sorting result, the delivery time can be calculated to determine whether the work order is produced or not. The validity of the mathematical model and the optimization algorithm are proved by experiments.
