摘 要:This paper presents a data-based dynamic matrix prediction control scheme for the amount of ammonia injection in SCR denitration systems. Aiming at the nonlinear problem of ammonia injection system caused by the change of working conditions, and considering the time delay caused by the measurement and the reaction process, a T-S fuzzy time delay model of ammonia injection systems is established based on the historical operating data of the generated DCS platform. Based on the T-S fuzzy model identification, an improved dynamic matrix control optimization algorithm is used to obtain the optimal ammonia injection amount at the current moment. The simulation results show that the dynamic matrix control based on the T-S fuzzy model can shorten the adjustment time and improve the robustness of the system compared to the classic PID control.
