摘      要:Staphylococcus aureus(***) is an important pathogen causing subclinical mastitis of dairy *** of *** by non-professional phagocytic cells is a major suspected cause of persistent and severe *** performed comparative transcriptome profiling on bovine mammary epithelial cells(BMECs) that were infected with *** and untreated cells.A total of 608 differentially expressed genes(DEGs) appeared between untreated and *** infected *** on our quantitative transcriptomic analysis,60 significant DEGs with important function were related to cell adhesion, endocytosis,Staphylococcus aureus infection,Bacterial invasion of epithelial cells and PI3 K/Akt *** validate the translational significance of the findings in certain differentially expressed genes,PI3 K/Akt signaling were detected by western blot, and these two proteins showed a differential expression between nontreated and treated with *** *** induces transcriptomic changes, and PI3 K/Akt signaling might have significant function in bacteria invasion in *** RNA-seq data provides a valuable resource for the systematical profiling of *** infected on BMECs.
