摘      要:The nitrate-dependent anaerobic ferrous oxidizing(NAFO) is a newly discovered autotrophic bioprocess,which was valuable to develop autotrophic denitrifying *** this work,the performance of NAFO process and characteristics of the active sludge was *** NAFO process was operated in the lab-scale reactor over 200 *** whole operation period could be divided into three separate *** the steady state(phase III),a nitrate removal rate(NRR) of 115.01±7.69 g·m·d was achieved.A comparison between the seeding sludge and cultivated sludge was carried out to illustrate the NAFO sludge *** results showed that the NAFO sludge possessed distinct high settleability,and the average velocity value was 390.07±161.31 m/*** increasing of particle size and density was contributed to the excellent *** NAFO sludge contained high quantity of iron oxide compounds,which endowed unique morphology characteristics of the NAFO *** a long-term operation,a microbial succession was supposed to occur in the granular sludge,and the dominant bacterial communities in the NAFO sludge were Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Firmicutes and Chloroflexi.
