摘 要：正Objective: To investigate effects of treatment with ISP targeting PTPσ on behavioral and morphological outcomes after experimental ICH in mice. Methods: Experimental ICH model in male mice was induced by intrastriatal injection of Collagenase IV. The functional neurological recovery were evaluated weekly until 8 weeks post-ICH using rotarod test and Cylinder test following daily ISP（10μM）
