摘 要:Background:Glioma has a large variation in *** study was to explore whether the expression of p53,MGMT,Ki67,VEGF,EGFR or Bcl-2 can be prognostic factors in glioma ***:A total of 441 glioma patients ranging from January 2008 to March 2017 were analyzed for the immunohistochemical expression of p53,MGMT,Ki67,VEGF,EGFR and *** information from glioma patients was collated:age, gender, grade, extent of surgery, postoperative treatment and disease ***:Overall,265 patients died from *** analysis demonstrated that the independent factors of overall survival(OS)were extent of surgery(p0.001),p53(p=0.013),MGMT(p0.001)and Ki67(p0.001),and the independent factors of both progression-free survival(PFS)and OS were age(p0.001;p0.001),gender(p=0.009;p=0.027)and grade(p=0.009;p=0.009).Additionally,high expression of p53 and MGMT was associated with poor OS in chemoradiotherapy group(p=0.029,p=0.009),and high p53 expression was associated with poor OS for low and high grade patients(p=0.008,p=0.034).Conclusions:Extent of surgery,p53,MGMT and Ki67 are useful prognostic factors of ***,gender and grade are prognostic factors of both PFS and OS.P53 and MGMT are prognostic factors of OS in chemoradiotherapy group.P53 is a valuable molecular marker of OS regardless of grade.
