摘 要：Background:MDM2 is frequently overexpressed in human malignancies,especially in colon cancer cells (CRCs).Recently,drugs such as Nutlin-3a have been developed that interfere with Mdm2/p53binding,thereby activating p53 and killing colon cancer ***,the underlying mechanism of its anti-tumor effect in colon cancer remains poorly understood.
