摘 要：Objective:to summarize and analyze the prevention and control methods of intracranial infection in perioperative period of endoscopic transsphenoidal surgery,especially through the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial infection cases,and summarize how to better avoid,diagnose,treat and monitor intracranial *** the same time,attention should be paid to the evaluation of infection monitoring indicators of intracranial infection and related ***:the cases of intracranial infection after transsphenoidal surgery in Tangdu Hospital during 2018 were analyzed,and the prevention and control methods of infection before,during and after operation were summarized and *** the same time,its effectiveness was evaluated and ***:the incidence of intracranial infection after transsphenoidal surgery was basically consistent with that reported in the *** the same time,it was analyzed that intracranial infection was easy to occur under the conditions of long operation time,improper cleaning of nasal hair before operation,more bleeding in China and intracranial gas accumulation after *** and treatment of lumbar cistern drainage tube is not recommended after infection,but it is suggested that lumbar puncture and cerebrospinal fluid release should be performed daily and routine,biochemical and culture should be carried *** the same time,attention should be paid to the monitoring of blood routine and blood glucose at the same time,and the therapeutic effect of anti-infection should be monitored and *** the same time,antibiotics were treated according to the results of drug sensitivity ***:continuous monitoring of blood routine,white blood cells and neutrophils should be paid attention to in patients with postoperative hyperthermia,lumbar puncture test should be performed in time,cerebrospinal fluid should be cultured and diagnosed clearly,and broad-spectrum antibiotics should be used empirically
