摘 要:Cyclic-PA was first isolated from myxoamoebae of a true slime mold, Physarum polycephalum, and designated as PHYLPA or cLPA. The biological effects of cyclic-PA include (i) the antimitogenic regulation of the cell cycle, (ii) regulation of Ca2+ release, (iii) regulation of actin rearrangement, (iv) inhibition of tumor cell invasiveness, and (v) the inhibition of apoptosis.
