摘      要:In this work,we have developed a robust,cost-effect and friendly to operators and environment process to synthesize the high performance of Si-based composite powder as negative electrode materials for lithium ion batteries(LIBs).The feature of this research includes construction of top-down method using high energy mechanical milling(HEMM) to transform micrometric Si powder of crystalline phase into nanocrystalline/amorphous phase,combining withwet milling in specific medium to further reduced size of Si aggregate,simultaneously transferring function group to the surface of Si resulted in enhancing formation of solid electrolyte interface upon lithiation/***,Alloy designed Si/Cu3 Si composite powder is realized in all solid-state process by HEMM inducing mechanochemical ***3 Si compound strengthens Si-based composite and enhances ***,Si-based composite powder as the negative electrode performs high electrochemical properties and approaches practical and industrial application for LIBs.
